On 2nd of February ,2025, Finance Club, School of Management, GD Goenka University hosted an insightful guest lecture “ Macro-Driven Multi-Asset Portfolio Building” by Mr. Maurya Hanspal from JP Morgan Chase & Company, a leading multinational financial services firm.
Mr. Maurya Hanspal is an Asset Management Specialist at JP Morgan Chase & Company .His work involves tracking global markets & providing views to portfolio managers for taking strategic & tactical bets. During the session he shared his experiences and insights on how financial services firms
make sound investment decisions in equity, fixed income and alternate assets to generate an “alpha” for the clients. He particularly emphasised the importance of tracking the key global markets and grasping the skills of fundamental and technical analysis of assets.
It was a remarkable experience for the students of School of Management to listen to and interact with an industry expert who reinforced the importance of continuous learning and understanding of financial market dynamics.
