Udyami Bazaar 2016

The newly formed GD Goenka Technology Business Incubator (GDGTBI), GD Goenka University, Gurgaon celebrated the genesis of student entrepreneurship by organising Udyami Bazaar on 25th October 2016. The students put up close to 60 stalls including stalls put up by students of other universities. Each stall endeavoured to outdo the other on creativity of offerings, presentation of their wares and intense marketing and managerial skills to promote them. The various stalls included food, games, old books, apparel, cosmetics, stoles and paintings.

Each participant was offered certificates and there were cash prizes and trophies for three categories- Most Well Managed Stall, Most Innovative Marketing and Most Popular Stall. The teams which won prizes are- Vatsal Pandey and Nanki Kapoor for Most Well Managed Stall, Narun Kakkar and Vishal Tanwar for Most Popular Stall and Preetpal and Shaurya for Most innovative marketing. The atmosphere was quite charged up with each stall owner enjoying the process of earning money from their efforts.
