On the 12th of July,  Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Vic Gaffney. Vic's professional journey encompasses over 45 years of experience in diverse fields like permaculture, consulting and education. The interaction with the Managing Director & Vice Chancellor of the University was around farm to fork journey of the organic produce from G D Goenka University farmhouse in Sohna. We are also looking forward to Vic adding an element of 'have a yarn' a la Australian with the students both in the school and the university.
