Mr. Chakravarty has 29+ years experience in marquee companies such as Bausch & Lomb, Reliance Communications, Vodafone Ltd, Berger Paints and so on, meaning that he has had successful stints in FMCG, FMCD, Telecommunication, Healthcare, E commerce . He is a leader, change-maker and creator of businesses. In his current role as Chief Business Officer at Lenskart, he is responsible for the Contact lens business of Lenskart and has built the Aqualens brand as an international brand of over 300 crore is revenues. He had started with a team of 4 people only and built and scaled the team to 100 and now scaling up to 140. He completed the rebranding exercise for Aqualens. He built the entire organisation structure to build the capability in all necessary verticals for a DTC brand. He shared the growth story of Lenskart and the strategy and action plans behind the success of its contact lens business vertical, Aqualens.
