The School of Education organized a Yoga session on the 21st of February 2023 at 9:15 pm. Yoga offers a holistic approach to health and well-being, promoting physical strength and flexibility, mental clarity and focus, and emotional balance and tranquility. By releasing and harnessing energy, individuals can cultivate a greater sense of vitality and joy in their lives. In addition to the physical benefits, yoga is also known for its ability to bring peace of mind. The presence of Ms. Mamta Dagar was truly a blessing for the event, as her experience and expertise in the field of yoga greatly enriched the experience of all the students who attended.
Ms. Dagar's gracious and warm demeanor made her an excellent instructor, and her passion for yoga was clearly evident in her teaching. During the event, Ms. Dagar led the students through a series of directed yoga poses that were specifically designed to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Her instructions were clear and concise, and she provided plenty of guidance and support to help the students achieve the correct posture and breathing techniques. As the students moved through the various poses, they began to experience a deep sense of calmness and tranquility. This was no doubt due in large part to Ms. Dagar's skillful instruction and guidance. By the end of the session, many of the students had achieved a level of relaxation and peace that they had never experienced before. The event was undoubtedly a great success, thanks in large part to the wonderful work of Ms. Mamta Dagar. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable, and she played a key role in helping the students achieve a greater sense of calmness and well-being through the practice of yoga. It was a truly unforgettable experience and one that will no doubt be remembered by all who attended for many years to come.
