Introduction: Dr. Kunal Adhikary is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Floriculture and Landscape Architecture. He is a proud Gold Medalist graduate from Lovely Professional University, where he earned his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture with an exceptional CGPA of 9.66. He further pursued his M.Sc. (CGPA 8.64) and Ph.D. (CGPA 8.69) in Floriculture and Landscaping from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, West Bengal.

Dr. Adhikary’s research specialization lies in the green synthesis of nanoparticles and their application over horticultural crops, value addition of flower crops, and protected cultivation techniques. His work focuses on enhancing sustainability and innovation in floriculture and landscaping practices. With over four years of teaching experience, Dr. Adhikary has also made significant contributions to academic research and extension. He has authored 35 research publications, including peer-reviewed research articles, book chapters, and popular articles. He guided 8 master's students during his work period. Additionally, he has published two textbooks in the field of floriculture, further enriching the academic resources available to students and professionals in horticultural sciences.
