Chef Mayank Chopra is a Qualified Learning Facilitator (QLF) from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) with vast industry experience and has attained Train The Trainer (TTT) certification from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Singapore. 

Chef Mayank has worked with Ecole Ducasse India as Assistant Director of Culinary Studies. His post-graduation studies are in human resources management and personnel administration from the Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad, Chef Mayank is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Science. 

Chef Mayank is proficient in culinary arts with an emphasis on Indian regional cuisine and modern gastronomic cuisine.He is a strong operation professional also skilled in Internal Quality Assurance and is passionate about knowledge sharing.
