Introduction:

Dr. Nizam is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, GDGU. He has 10+ years of teaching experience in different genres of laws such as IPR, Taxation Law, and Corporate Law etc. 

Prior to joining GDGU, he was working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Law, Galgotias University, Greater Noida, U.P. He pursued  Ph.D. from the School of Law, Galgotias University,  LLM from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) and B.A.LL.B. from Lucknow University.

He has presented more than 30 research papers in various National and International Conferences/Seminars & also received a scholarship to present a paper in 10^th GAJE World Conference on Justice Education in Indonesia. He has published more than 20 papers in various National, International & Online Journals in different areas of law. He has also published three papers in SCOPUS-indexed journals.
