Introduction:
Dr. Gautam is a management professional with academic leanings. He has published a number of papers in reputed academic journals and presented papers in reputed international and national conferences related to his research work in sharing economy, sustainability, consumer behaviour, and online retail. Besides, Gautam has authored a number of Case studies as teaching tools for Management students. He is also an active reviewer for renowned ABDC and Scopus- indexed journals. He has 18 + years’ experience in reputed retail, real estate and management consultancy companies. Presently, he is trying to bridge the gap between industry and academician through his projects and papers.
Dr. Gautam takes sessions on interdisciplinary areas related to Entrepreneurship, Incubation and start-ups, Retail Management, E-Business, and Design Marketing. A, Paul Harris Fellow, Gautam has been Rotarian since 2011 and served with distinction in various capacities in RID-3012 (Rotary International). He has been awarded number of
awards for his humanitarian works and was selected Diamond President in 2015-16.
