Goenka University is pleased to announce a Two-Day National Seminar on "Enhancing Privacy Protection in the Digital Age: Legal Challenges and Innovations", sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). In the era of rapid digitalization, the sanctity of personal privacy has become a pressing concern. The exponential growth of digital technologies has created new avenues for data collection, storage, and dissemination, thereby raising complex questions about individual autonomy, surveillance, and data protection. The seminar aims to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to engage in a nuanced discussion on the legal challenges and innovations in enhancing privacy protection in the digital age.
