Introduction:
Parisha Minocha is currently an Assistant Professor at the Unitedworld Institute of Design, Delhi NCR, where she teaches and conducts research in Art History and Indian Aesthetics.
With a deep-rooted interest in Indian art history, Parisha’s academic and professional journey is marked by a strong commitment to the study, preservation, and interpretation of India’s rich artistic heritage. Her research delves into visual culture and the evolving narratives within Indian art, with a focus on indigenous aesthetics and cultural expression.
Parisha has collaborated with curators, museum professionals, and gallery owners on a range of significant projects. Her curatorial experience includes working with the teams at Triveni Kala Sangam, the Art and Architecture Biennale, the Red Fort (2023), and Art Mumbai (2024). She has also been associated with leading institutions such as the India Habitat Centre and the Intangible Cultural Heritage division of INTACH, further deepening her engagement with India’s cultural landscape.
