Introduction:

Saloni Agarwal is a seasoned fashion designer with a diverse background spanning garment exports, manufacturing, styling, and academia. She has over six years of industry experience, working with leading US brands like Anthropologie, Abercrombie & Fitch, J.C.Penney, and S.Oliver, as well as leading manufacturers such as Arvind Mills. Specializing in women’s wear and denim design, Saloni has also actively handled trade shows and fashion shows, gaining extensive exposure to the international fashion circuit.

Beyond mainstream design, Saloni has pursued her passion for styling and makeup artistry, styling short film”Renascence”by Harshdeep Singh Gill that made it to the selections at prestigious Varsity Film Expo 2024, Africa.

Since transitioning to academia in 2018, she has taught at institutions including the Arch College of Design and Business (Jaipur), Le Mark Institute of Art (Mumbai), and has served as a guest faculty for Styling at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). She has also designed and led Apparel Production Training for the Government of Bhutan’s Dessup Training Program.

An expert in curriculum development, she has worked with global educational frameworks such as BTEC Pearson and the Australian VET system, ensuring her teaching aligns with international standards. Passionate about creative pedagogy, she fosters innovation, imagination, and real-world readiness in her students.
