About ICSC 2021
The International Conference on Strategic Communication (ICSC) organised by School of Communication, GD Goenka University endeavours to provide interdisciplinary platform to scholars and academics from across the world to discuss new trends in strategic communication and allied areas; business, political and social. The focus area of the Conference is to deliberate on how communication drives performance in business, politics and society. The Journalists, policy makers, corporate leaders, communication researchers and academics from all across the globe will share their experiences during the conference. The speakers and panellists include prominent media practitioners, policy makers, corporate leaders, civil society members and academics. ICSC will contribute in advancing and recognizing new knowledge in the field of Strategic Communication Research.

ABOUT THE ORGANISERS
International Conference of Strategic Communication is being organized by the School of Communication, GD Goenka University. The School of Communication has over time evolved as centre for advanced research in media and currently 29 scholars are pursuing doctoral research in key areas of communication. The school has strong research foundation with quality research projects in hand and dynamic academic profile. The key strength of the school is quality of staff, research infrastructure, strong industry connect and international collaboration with leading universities of the world.
The GD Goenka University has been accorded many accolades for its teaching-leaning, research, and external engagements. It has received a gold rating from QS I-Gauge.

PAPER SUBMISSIONS (Themes & Subthemes)
Original Research Articles conforming to the themes of the ICSC are invited from research scholars, academics and practitioners from all areas of strategic communication. This can include (but are not limited to):
The conference proceedings will get published with ISBN number. A few selected papers will get published in Scopus Indexed Journals after double blind peer review. The authors of the papers will have to conform to the guidelines of the journals. Centre of Excellence for Intelligent and Strategic Communication will conduct a workshop to guide the participants (if required) to improve the paper to match the requirement of the journal.
STYLE GUIDELINES
All papers submitted must be original, not being considered for publication elsewhere. Plagiarised submissions will not be considered for presentation/publication. The decision to include a paper in the conference will be made based on the quality of the long abstract. The abstract must include the research problem, critical review of literature, research gaps, methodology, findings, discussion and conclusions. The final paper must be crafted in the format below. Manuscripts are expected to be 5000 to 6500 words, using APA style of referencing, Times News Roman font (12 CPI), and 3cm margins. The final paper for publication in Web of Science/Scopus Indexed Journal must me crafted in the following format:
