Chef Ranveer Brar inaugurated ‘Ranveer’s Kitchen’ at Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram India on 6 August 2025.

Developed under the GD Goenka Group and within GD Goenka University, the new training kitchen celebrates Chef Brar’s culinary philosophy and commitment to mentorship. Purpose-built for real-world, hands-on learning, the space mirrors a five-star hotel kitchen; equipped with industry-grade infrastructure and designed to encourage innovation, discipline and collaboration.

The inauguration took place in the esteemed presence of Mr. Nipun Goenka, Managing Director, GD Goenka Group; Ms. Nupur Goenka, Executive Director, GD Goenka Group; and Mr. Diwan Gautam Anand, hospitality industry stalwart and dipnosophist, who also addressed the gathering and shared stories from his journey through the world of food and service. The event also featured an engaging student interaction and a masterclass by Chef Brar, where he shared his approach to choosing the right spices, understanding flavour, and creating meaningful food experiences.
