Business Communications & Group Discussion Workshop
GD Goenka University, School of Management organised sessions on honing the business communications and
group discussion skills of MBA students which was orchestrated by Dr. Ramandeep Kaur, Associate Professor, School of Management on 20th October 2023.
From dynamic introductions to powerful closings, the participants were given an opportunity to practice and refine their skills. Special emphasis was laid on awareness, strong knowledge base, confidence building, motivation, verbal & nonverbal communication, conformation to norms, team building, decision making, persuasive, listening, problem solving, critical thinking and other management skills.
All the students actively participated in the Group Discussions and listened with utmost interest when other members were sharing their views. This exercise basically refined their skills and helped them in boosting their self-confidence.
