Professional Biography

Aparna Khansili is an expert in the area of Pharmaceutics at School of Medical & Allied Sciences. She has taught this subject at both Graduate & Post Graduate levels for nearly 9.5 years at colleges affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University.

Prior to taking up the current role in 2016, Aparna Khansili served as anAssociate Professor, Ram-Eesh Institute of Vocational & Technical education, Greater Noida.

Aparna Khansili holds a PhD (Pharmaceutical Sciences) from UttarakhandTechnical University, Uttarakhand; M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow; B.Pharmacy from H.N.B. Garhwal University, Uttarakhand; and D. Pharmacy from Board of Technical Education, Uttarakhand. She holds an additional qualification in field of nanotechnology by completing “Nanotechnology Teacher’s Training Program” conducted by Nano Science and Technology Consortium, Noida.

Current Research

Aparna’s research interest are focused on improvement of solubility and dissolution rates of poorly soluble drugs, lipid based Formulations, self-emulsifying drug delivery systems and gastroretentive delivery systems.

Aparna's current research interests are focused on nanostructured formulations, poorly soluble drugs & antidiabetic agents.
