Nutrition and Health
Pushpa Dhami has an expertise in the area of Community Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, public health nutrition, climate change and food security, nutraceuticals and health foods, food product development, nutrition during lifecycle and food quality assurance. She has taught these subjects for nearly a year at G D Goenka University.
Pushpa Dhami holds a PhDin Food and Nutrition from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana; M.Sc (Food and Nutrition) from Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad, and B.Sc (Home Science), from G B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. She qualified UGC/NET in 2013.

Dhami’s current research interests are focused on emergency relief foods for disaster hit victims with a focus on food security at all levels. Her research area also encircles Community Nutrition, Public health Nutrition, and climate change and food security.
