The Agricultural Course is a four-year undergraduate degree designed to prepare students with a comprehensive understanding of agricultural and allied sciences. The course majourly talk about the importance of Agriculture, scope, and evolving challenges.

With a balanced combination of theoretical learning and practical on-field exposure, students gain the knowledge and skills that are required to address the real-world agricultural issues. The programme covers the key areas which include plant diseases, insect pests, weed management, and nutrient disorder which allow students to enhance crop productivity and promote sustainable agricultural practices.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture Admission Requirement

To take admission in the B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture programme, candidates must have passed 10+2 from CBSE or an equivalent examination with Agriculture or Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following: Mathematics, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical Vocational subject. In addition, candidates are required to appear for the GATA (Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission) and a Personal Interview.
