Their talk, titled "Crafting a Career Strategy: Getting Industry Ready for Placements," offered essential of Soft skills and mindset required for thriving in today’s dynamic business world. Through their experience, Mr. Singh and Mr. Shankar provided invaluable insights on leadership, HR best practices, and navigating industry challenges.

CRC Coordinated Event of PNGI – HR Summit & Awards
“PNGI HR Excellence Awards 2024”on 18th Dec.24. There were 4 panels with eminent Jury members and 28 presentation were done on HR, ER & IR related issues by different organizations. Jury Members were Mr. Pradeep Hatgaonkar - Hitachi Astemo India, Mr. Altaf Hussain -ITC Haridwar,Mr. Heeresh Girdhar - Swadeshi Civil Infrastructure, Ms. Sakshi Chauhan - Luminous Power Technologies.
