They will learn from the most qualified Chefs, Pastry Chefs with long experience in Michelin Star haute cuisine restaurants, renowned hotels, fine-dining restaurants/cafes/bistros, boulangerie and patisserie stores. The infrastructure of Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram have the most advanced facilities and equipment to prepare you for the future of innovation in culinary and pastry arts. The equipment available in our campus allows the students to learn classical French cuisine, Indian cuisine, Asian cuisine, International cuisine, Modernist cuisine. Ours unique methodologies with an individual work station and equipment will allow the student to learn from starch until the finish product with the chef will accompanied them during the practical lessons. Courses designed for experiential learning and application of concepts in the classroom and beyond like Digital Marketing, Creative Techniques, Executive presence and Digital Communication enhance professional development of the students.

 

Programme Structure

The Diploma Programs are open for students who have a high school education and beyond from a variety of different educational and occupational backgrounds (Engineering & other STEM fields, Commerce or Humanities, Sales/Marketing/Business development etc executives and professionals) as well as aspiring entrepreneurs who desire to make a change and take a decisive step to build careers in hospitality. No prior culinary experience is required.

Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram Campus (LCB) offers programs of 9 months in campus and 3 months mandatory internship in industry assisted by Le Cordon Bleu.

  • Diplome de Cuisine (Diploma in Culinary Arts, DICA) Master all levels from basic to advanced culinary techniques that apply to any style of cuisine. Explore French culinary traditions, global cuisines, current trends and future-ready innovations.
  • Diplome de Patisserie(Diploma in Pastry Arts, DICA) Discover the art of Pâtisserie, sugar and chocolate crafts. Courses range from specialized ateliers, basic through advanced levels of pastry and confectionary craft making, plated and boutique style desserts, world delicacies and precise decorating techniques.
  • Gran Diplôme is a combination of both Diplôme Cuisine & Pâtisserie and have a duration of 2 years

Upon graduation the students receive a certificate from GD Goenka and Le Cordon Bleu of Diplôme de Cuisine or Diplôme de Pâtisserie or Gran Diplôme, a passport to a world of possibilities in culinary and pastry arts.
