Capability Enhancement and Development Schemes

Dell Technologies Industry Interaction

The Corporate Resource Centre (CRC), GD Goenka University, was pleased to welcome the delegation from Dell Technologies for a recruitment drive held on 15 January 2026.

The interaction offered students valuable insights into Dell Technologies' work culture, career opportunities, job roles, and recruitment process. It also enabled students to engage with industry professionals and gain a better understanding of the skills and expectations required for a successful career at Dell Technologies.

HR Conclave

The HR Conclave 2025, held on 22nd August at GD Goenka University, brought together 267 students and eminent HR leaders to discuss the theme “Bridging Talent & Industry for Future Workforce.” The event, inaugurated by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Dinesh Shenoy, featured insightful sessions from industry experts including leaders from KPMG, Grant Thornton, Roche, Lenskart, MedTherapy Biotech, and others, who emphasized skills, adaptability, resilience, and industry readiness. Students actively engaged in interactive discussions, making the conclave highly enriching.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Neeraj Sahani (Head, CRC), lunch, and a campus tour for guests. The success of the event was made possible through the wholehearted support of CRC, SOHT, University leadership, and the admin and designer teams. (available on above path)

Workshop on Student Centric Active Learning

The Corporate Resource Center at GD Goenka University organized a one-day workshop on Student-Centric Active Learning on 1st August 2025, with 105 faculty participants from various schools. Facilitated by Ms. Sushma Singh, an NTU Singapore-certified mentor, the workshop focused on interactive teaching strategies such as Micro-Teaching, SOLO Taxonomy, Think-Pair-Share, and the use of tools like Wooclap and Mentimeter.

The session concluded with an open house discussion and felicitation of the guest speaker, reinforcing the university’s commitment to student-centric learning.
