It educates designerly thinkers who can produce and deliver products (physical) and services (immaterial) in response to complex human needs, which correspondingly break the boundaries between design, technology, and business. The program fosters experimentation, systems thinking, and sustainable innovation — students learn to design not just objects but experiences that enhance life.
