Enterprise Resource Planning & IT in Supply Chain - Hands-on SAP S/4HANA training alongside IoT, blockchain, and AI-driven demand sensing in integrated supply chain systems.
Logistics, Transportation & Network Design - Transportation modes, route optimisation, warehouse management systems, last-mile delivery, and 3PL partnership strategy.
Supply Chain Risk, Resilience & Sustainability – Risk assessment, business continuity planning, circular economy principles, and carbon footprint measurement for global supply chains.
