Statistical Foundations for Business Analytics - Probability, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis with applied exercises in Excel and R across finance and marketing contexts.
Predictive Analytics & Forecasting - Time-series forecasting, decision trees, and ensemble models used for demand planning, credit risk, and sales projection.
Data Visualisation & Analytical Storytelling - Designing dashboards and visual narratives using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Marketing Analytics & Consumer Insights - Customer segmentation, A/B testing, attribution modelling, and sentiment analysis applied to CRM and digital marketing data.
Decision Science & Optimisation - Linear programming, simulation, and multi-criteria analysis to optimise pricing, resource allocation, and portfolio decisions.
