Program Description
The program seeks to cultivate a sense of Professionalism and Industry readiness by nurturing responsible designers who are prepared to tackle the evolving demands of Transportation and Mobility solutions while advocating for environmentally sound and sustainable mobility systems. The four-year undergraduate program leads to a Bachelor of Design (B. Des) in Transportation and Mobility Design degree from UID, GD Goenka University. The core objective of the B. Des in Transportation and Mobility Design is to equip students with a deep understanding of the intricate relationships between transportation systems, urban environments, and user needs, by fostering problem-solving abilities to create innovative and sustainable transportation solutions. The program philosophy is focused towards fostering new-age, futuristic mobility designs while emphasizing the importance of user-centric problem-solving methodology.
