The resource persons for the workshop are Advocate Sameer Shah, arbitrator and Advocate (Capt.) Alex Anthony, arbitrator. The highlights of the course are Origin & Evolution of Maritime Law, introduction to UNCLOS III, developments in Maritime Law and other potential areas of Maritime Law.
