Message from Ms. Renu Goenka

The foray of the GD Goenka Group into Education started in 1994 with the setting up of its first school – GD Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Today we have a presence in 18 states of India, successfully running 130+ senior secondary, toddler, and early childhood centres, providing education to a 1,30,000+ youth population.

GD Goenka Education City, spread across a lush green 60 acre campus, at the foothills of the Aravalli range is a one of its kind educational institution in North India that provides education from Pre-School to PhD in one single campus with the presence of a CBSE affiliated High School, an IB, IGCSE affiliated World School and a UGC approved University.

GD Goenka University recognizes the transformative changes happening nationally and globally and understands the significance of aligning with key policy directions such as the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Science Technology and Innovation Policy (STIP) 2020, and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Over decades, spearheading the education revolution of India through GDGU has been an incredible journey for me. I have witnessed students from small towns scripting remarkable success stories, driven by their unwavering commitment to their careers and the sense of a responsibility for the betterment of society. The recognition and acclaim they have brought to the university stands as a testament to their accomplishments. Being a part of this trailblazing institution that has revolutionized the educational landscape in the NCR region of India is both an honour and a source of immense satisfaction.

As we move forward, I remain committed to our vision of providing a platform for holistic education that prepares our students for the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly changing world.
