Chef Anushree has a Bachelors in Fine Arts degree from Jamia Millia Islamia University and Masters in Visual Communication from College of Art, University of Delhi.

She dabbed in to the world of advertising with Rediffusion Dentsu Young & Rubicum, Gurgaon - working on campaigns for Airtel, Bacardi, Singapore Tourism to name a few; worked on many ad films as an Assistant Art Director with Chrome Pictures Mumbai; and then to the glittery world of
Bollywood as Set Designer – Raanjhanaa, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela & several blockbusters movies; before she moved to US and there she taught choreography with Agni Arts, Austin Tx, USA.

On her return, she honed, mastered the skills of pastry and sugar art, and have been teaching for 5 years, specializing on Sugar Art, with Whitecaps International School of Pastry, Bangalore and have participated and have won many cake installation competitions for the institute.
