Dr Adiba Ali's areas of specialisation are Industrial Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Research Methodology, and Gender Studies.

Before taking up the current role in 2023, she served as an Assistant Professor and counsellor at Amity University Lucknow, K.R. Mangalam University Haryana, and Indian Mental Health and Research Centre Lucknow. She is also the Recipient of the Maulana Azad National Fellowship by U.G.C. She has presented Research papers at 21 National and International Conferences.
