Pragya Jain
Assistant Professor

Pragya Jain is a versatile design educator and researcher specializing in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, and Human-Computer Interaction. She brings an interdisciplinary approach to design education, combining academic rigor with real-world relevance in campaign development, UI/UX, and interaction design. Pragya has taught and mentored undergraduate students, supervised industry-standard projects, and served as an external examiner at the University of Delhi.
Her international education and research, sponsored by the prestigious Chevening Scholarship funded by the FCDO UK Government, culminated in an MSc in Human-Centred Interactive Technologies from the University of York (UK), where she explored the influence of social media recommendations on behavioral change. She also holds an MFA and BFA in Applied Arts from the College of Art, University of Delhi (India), graduating as a gold medalist in both programs.
Her research interests span qualitative and quantitative studies in Human-Computer Interaction, user experience design, and cross-cultural behavioral studies. Outside academia, Pragya has contributed as a graphic designer, workshop host, mentor, and ambassador in both Indian and UK education contexts.
