Saumya Grover completed her Master's in Sustainable Innovation from Besign The Sustainable Design School, France, as a recipient of the prestigious Charpak Master's Scholarship. Her master's diploma project, Growing Minds, received the IF Design Student Award 2025 and the Prix d'Excellence from Université Côte d'Azur, recognising her contribution to innovation in education and sustainability. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication and Strategic Branding from Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Her interdisciplinary practice brings together visual communication, sustainability, design research and education to create meaningful, human-centred solutions.

With over seven years of professional and academic experience, she has worked across higher education, international organizations and design studios. Her experience includes curriculum development, teaching Visual Communication, Transformation Design and Speculative Futures, mentoring interdisciplinary student projects, facilitating design workshops, and developing communication strategies, branding and educational resources for organizations including the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), BITS Design School, Centre d'Innovation et d'Usages en Santé and Thukral & Tagra Studio.

She specializes in visual communication, branding and identity, communication strategy, design research and sustainable innovation. Her teaching integrates research-led methodologies with creative practice, encouraging students to develop responsible, human-centred design solutions for complex social and environmental challenges while preparing them for contemporary design practice.
