The School of Law, GD Goenka University is organizing an ICSSR Sponsored Two-Week Capacity Building Programme titled “Advancing Legal and Para-Legal Skills for Inclusive Social Justice & Policy Implementation”, scheduled from 25 May – 6 June 2026.

This two-week programme aims to strengthen the connection between legal education, policy implementation, and grassroots justice delivery.

The programme will focus on:

• Linking legal education with real-world impact
• Strengthening para-legal systems and community-based justice mechanisms
• Integrating technology, research, and policy frameworks into legal practice
• Building a collaborative network of socially engaged academics

Participants will engage with themes such as socio-legal research, legal aid systems, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), Artificial Intelligence in law, and rights-based policy frameworks.

• Eligibility : Faculty members from Law and allied disciplines including Political Science, Sociology, Social Work, Public Administration, and related fields.
• Registration Fee : No registration fee
• Travel : Reimbursement as per ICSSR norms
• Application Deadline : 3 May 2026
