An awareness session on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace), Gender Sensitivity, and Cyber Security was successfully organized on 04 February 2026 at GD Goenka University under the aegis of the National Commission for Women (NCW) in collaboration with the NSS Unit. Coordinated by Dr. Kunal Adhikary and Dr. Parul Mishra, the session witnessed participation from over 100 students and faculty members. The resource person, Dr. Apporva Dixit, delivered an insightful talk on the POSH Act, gender equality, and cyber safety, highlighting legal provisions, ethical responsibilities, and preventive practices. The interactive session enhanced participants’ awareness of workplace rights, inclusive behavior, and digital security, contributing to a safer and more responsible campus environment.
