An enriching Expert Talk under the CRC initiative was conducted for UG students of SOES & SOL on the theme “Career Opportunities in Armed Forces & Government Sector.”

The session was delivered by Col Prem Prakash SM (Retd.), a decorated army officer who captivated the audience with his inspiring journey and shared practical insights into career pathways, discipline, leadership, and the realities of serving the nation.

Students actively engaged throughout the session, gaining clarity on opportunities, preparation strategies, and the mindset required for success in these prestigious sectors.

The speaker also met the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, shared his views and presented two of his authored books, including one on the first Indian Army Everest expedition he was a part of—making the occasion even more memorable and inspiring.

It was a day full of learning & career planning for the students.
