GD Goenka University, School of Law takes pride in announcing that our faculty, Ms. Shikha
Dhandharia, Assistant Professor (SoL) who had been a Law Consultant with the Law Commission of
India, during her tenure has contributed to several reports of the Commission with major contributions
to three reports, namely, Hate Speech (Report no. 267), Amendments to Criminal Procedure
Code,1973 – Provisions Relating to Bail(Report no. 268), and Legal Framework: Gambling and
Sports Betting including in Cricket in India (Report no. 276). We congratulate her on her
successful accomplishment.
