We are delighted to invite you to participate in our Five-Day Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) 2026 on:

“SEM Using SmartPLS: From Fundamentals to Advanced Research Applications”

The FDP is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive and hands-on understanding of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS, progressing from fundamental concepts to advanced analytical and research applications.

The sessions will cover key areas including CB-SEM vs. PLS-SEM, measurement models, EFA & CFA, reliability and validity assessment, path modelling, bootstrapping and hypothesis testing, mediation and moderation analysis, higher-order constructs, Multi-Group Analysis, IPMA, PLSpredict, Confirmatory Tetrad Analysis (CTA), model comparison techniques, and reporting SEM results using AI tools.

The FDP will be conducted by Dr. Hitesh Parmar, Assistant Professor, Sardar Patel University, who will guide participants through the theoretical as well as practical aspects of SEM and SmartPLS.

All registered participants will receive a 15-Day FREE Trial of SmartPLS 4.

The FDP will be particularly beneficial for faculty members, research scholars, academicians, postgraduate students, and researchers who wish to strengthen their quantitative research and SEM-based data analysis skills.
