Held in celebration of World Physiotherapy Day 2026, this camp was organized by GD Goenka University in collaboration with Ottobock, a global leader in prosthetics and orthotics, at the B Block Auditorium from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The initiative aimed to promote foot health and overall mobility among the university community. Attendees received free professional foot assessments, personalized guidance on foot care practices, and patient-focused counselling delivered by the expert Ottobock team. Distinguished guest speakers included Mrs. Priyadarshini Rustagi (Principal Patient Care Counsellor), Mrs. Kanika Pawar (Centre Manager), and Mr. Naveen Kumar (Associate Principal Patient Care Counsellor), who shared their specialized industry expertise. The camp was open to all students, faculty, and staff, encouraging them to take proactive steps toward healthier feet and improved long-term wellbeing. The activity directly supports SDG 3 by providing accessible, preventive foot care and promoting mobility, SDG 4 by offering practical exposure to clinical assessment and patient counselling through industry experts, and SDG 17 by fostering collaboration between academia and a leading healthcare company to strengthen both community health and professional learning.
