School of Law, GD Goenka University is organising a Workshop on Maritime Arbitration on 24th November, 2017 from 10 am to 1pm. The resource persons for the workshop are Advocate Sameer Shah, arbitrator and Advocate (Capt.) Alex Anthony, arbitrator. The highlights of the course are Origin & Evolution of Maritime Law, introduction to UNCLOS III, developments in Maritime Law and other potential areas of Maritime Law.
