IMPRINT (formerly Drishticone+) marks a renewed chapter in visual dialogue at UID NCR, bringing together students, faculty, and industry professionals on a shared platform to bridge design education with real-world practice. Anchored in the pillars of Communication, Impact, and Community, the conclave fosters meaningful engagement through masterclasses, interactive sessions, and collaborative learning experiences led by leading designers and practitioners.

The session featuring illustrator and animator Bhavya Desai offered students valuable insights into building a sustainable creative career, emphasising clarity of intention, professional responsibility, and the importance of positioning in the design industry. Moving beyond conventional notions of style, the discussion highlighted how personal visual language evolves through observation, experience, and consistent practice.

Through hands-on activities and collaborative projects, students explored storytelling through observation, character-driven illustration, and real-world workflow simulations. A live digital illustration demonstration further enhanced understanding of process, technique, and execution in contemporary practice.
