BBA Students’ Industrial Visit to ITC Grand Bharat (14 October 2026)

The BBA students of the School of Management, GD Goenka University, embarked on an enriching and memorable visit to ITC Grand Bharat, Gurugram, offering them an opportunity to experience the world of luxury hospitality and gain valuable industry insights.

The visit was an amazing learning experience, providing students with a glimpse into the exceptional standards of service, guest experience, operational excellence, and attention to detail that define the luxury hospitality sector. The students observed how various aspects of hospitality management come together to create a seamless and memorable experience for guests.

The visit also helped students connect classroom concepts with real-world business practices, particularly in the areas of customer relationship management, service quality, brand positioning, teamwork, and organisational efficiency.
