A field trip was organized for Semester 2 Bachelor’s programme students to explore career opportunities and operational practices within the spirits industry. During their visit to Piccadilly Distilleries, students gained practical insights into the complete production process, including ingredient sourcing, distillation, maturation, bottling, and quality control. The experience enhanced their understanding of large-scale spirits production and provided valuable firsthand industry exposure.
