School of Law organized a guest lecture on 28th August on \"Medicine, Law and Malpractice\" by Dr. Oliver Quick , Senior Lecturer, University of Bristol. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Criminal Law, Criminal Justice, Medical Law and Public Health Law, and has published numerous articles in these fields. With the help of the very famous Bawa Gabra Case, he discussed ‘gross negligence’, ‘involuntary manslaughter’, ‘causation’ etc. etc. It was a very enriching session for not only the law students but also for the pharmacy students of the university.
