Memorial Lecture Series

The memorial lecture series continued with Le Corodon Bleu School of Hospitality and Tourism GD Goenka University celebrating Prof. (Chef) H S Malik. A special menu was curated in his memory by our aspiring young chefs. Two legends from the industry Mr. Agarwal and Mr. Rattan Keswani were invited to participate in the panel discussion moderated by Dean Prof. Rajiv Gulshan. The session focussed on Operation Excellence, Guest experience and Brand innovation which was hilariously enriching and had a lot of takeaways. Right from overall customer experience across industries to high-class training and customized guest experience everything was touched upon. The session ended with Chef Malik’s colleagues, family, and friends reminiscing the memorable professional and personal attributes along with the felicitation.
