The Mental Health Assessment Camp was conducted on 14 October 2025 as a part of the Mental Health Celebration Week organized by the School of Liberal Arts, GD Goenka University. The camp aimed to enhance self-awareness among students regarding their overall psychological wellbeing and help them understand important dimensions of their mental functioning. Under the supervision of Mr. Amit Kumar, the camp offered a structured assessment experience using standardized tools covering multiple psychological domains. The assessments administered included the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) to evaluate stress levels, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale for self-worth evaluation, the Ten-Item Personality Inventory (TIPI) for personality profiling, the Dysfunctional Attitude Scale (DAS) to identify maladaptive thought patterns, and Rotter’s Locus of Control Scale to understand personal control orientation.
