MoU with aiCure Academy
Gurugram, 11th September 2026: The Department of Pharmacy, School of Healthcare and Allied Sciences, GD Goenka University, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with aiCure Academy to provide students with industry-oriented training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Clinical applications.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr. Dhirender Singh Parihar, PVC-Admin &Registrar, GD Goenka University; Dr. Saahil Arora, Dean, School of Healthcare and Allied Sciences; and Dr. Suhani Sinha, Faculty SPOC, Department of Pharmacy, along with Santosh Yelde, Founder & CEO of aiCure Academy.
Under the collaboration, two specialized programmes will be offered: Certificate Program in Healthcare Machine Learning (3 months) and Data Science and Machine Learning for Clinical Applications (6 months).
The programmes will provide students with practical exposure to clinical data management, healthcare analytics, AI-driven drug discovery, predictive analytics, clinical research, and personalized medicine. These skills are increasingly relevant to the growing healthcare and life-sciences ecosystem in Gurugram, which includes organizations such as Auriga Research, medONE, PFC Pharma Focus, Innayat CRO, Sun Pharma, and Fresenius Kabi, with several operating in areas related to clinical research, data management, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
The collaboration will strengthen students’ industry readiness and career opportunities by providing exposure to emerging roles in clinical data management, clinical research, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare analytics, and health-tech. It will also create opportunities for industry interaction, practical learning, internships, and potential placement pathways, subject to organizational requirements and recruitment processes.
This partnership reflects GD Goenka University’s commitment to industry-integrated and future-ready education, enabling students to combine their pharmacy and healthcare knowledge with emerging capabilities in AI, Machine Learning, and clinical data science. Through such collaborations, the University continues to prepare graduates with the practical skills, industry exposure, and professional competencies required to contribute effectively to the evolving healthcare and life-sciences sector.
