School of Agricultural Sciences successfully organized a Nukkad Natak on ‘NEP2020: An Educational Reform’ on 17.10.2025 to raise awareness and mobilise University students on the benefits and advantages offered under the New Education Policy 2020. A group of 15 students performed Nukkad at the University ground on the eve of Udyami Baazar, attracting attention of many students as well as faculty of the University. The act was primarily based on dialogues between two students, one aware of the NEP 2020 and the flexibility it offers in the education, and another fellow student who seems to be doubtful how this transition will affect the conventional education system and whether it could be successfully implemented with the existing education infrastructure in the country. The act highlighted important aspects of reformed education including the flexibility in course selection, entrepreneurial skill development and digital learning as well.  The act not only emphasized the hi-tech knowledge and skill development aspects of education but also thrusted upon its deep rooted connection to our traditional knowledge and inculcated human values. The act also ensured to showcase the space the new education policy offers to encourage the creativity and entrepreneurial attributes of individuals since the nascent stage. The message of embracing the changes with an open heart along was loud and clear throughout the show and was well appreciated by all present there.
