The School of Agricultural Sciences (SoAS), GD Goenka University successfully organized a Poster Making Competition on 27th January 2026 in Room No. C-417. The event was conducted with the objective of creating awareness among students about the challenges and potential opportunities associated with agricultural waste management and sustainable development. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various programs of the university. Participants presented creative and insightful posters highlighting innovative solutions for converting agricultural waste into valuable resources, promoting environmental sustainability, and addressing current agricultural challenges. The posters were evaluated based on originality, relevance to the theme, creativity, clarity of message, and presentation. The event provided a platform for students to express their ideas and demonstrate their understanding of sustainable agricultural practices. Overall, the event was a great success and served as an effective platform to encourage creativity, innovation, and awareness among students towards sustainable agricultural practices and environmental conservation.
