The HR Club of the School of Management at GD Goenka University organized a Poster Competition to commemorate International Women’s Day on 6 March 2026. The theme of the competition, “Empower Her, Empower Us,” aimed to highlight the significance of women’s empowerment and gender equality in contemporary society. The primary objective of the event was to encourage students to creatively express their perspectives on women's rights, empowerment, and social inclusion through visual representation.

Students from various academic programs participated enthusiastically in the competition. The posters showcased innovative ideas and conveyed powerful messages promoting gender equality, women’s rights, and the role of women in shaping a progressive society. The event provided a meaningful platform for students to demonstrate their creativity while raising awareness about important social issues. At the conclusion of the competition, the winners were recognized and awarded tokens of appreciation in acknowledgement of their creativity and efforts.
