Sanjeev Kapoor’s Library Replicated by the Students of Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram

Students and faculty of Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram curated a bespoke Bookshelf Cake as a tribute to Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, featuring book spines inspired entirely by his own culinary publications. The creation celebrated his enduring influence as a chef, author, and educator, acknowledging the knowledge and inspiration his work continues to provide to the culinary community.

Addressing the students, Chef Sanjeev encouraged them to remain grounded in fundamentals while continuously innovating. He emphasised that consistency, discipline, and respect for ingredients are the true markers of a professional chef. Sharing reflections from his own journey, he reminded them that success is built on perseverance and humility, urging them to cook not just with skill, but with heart and purpose.
