Mr. Bharat Singhal, Founder of Bili Hu, conducted an interactive coffee workshop for Semester 01 students at Le Cordon Bleu, School of Hospitality & Tourism (SOHT), GD Goenka University, as part of their Food & Beverage Theory and Application I curriculum. The workshop provided practical exposure to contemporary coffee preparation and extraction techniques. Students explored the V60 Pour-Over method, French Press, and coffee extraction using a professional coffee machine.
